The rms-group is a small research organization run by Professor
Bert Sweetman in the
Maritime Systems Engineering Department at Texas A&M University at
Galveston. Present research is focussed on development of random process theory and application to offshore wind turbines.
A collection of published papers, presentations, research reports and PhD
theses are available for download. Some historical documents produced by the now defunct
RMS group at Stanford University are also available.
